[insert=menu_location:mesh.view_selected] [insert=menu_shortcut:mesh.view_selected] Centers the selection in the current view, and zooms to the closest zoom level that allows the entire selection to fit onscreen. If there is no selection, the entire model is viewed. Specifically, the camera's focal point and distance are adjusted, and other camera properties are unmodified. Note that vanishing point offsets are taken into consideration, and if the vanishing point has been moved, the selection may end up off center in the view. If the Shift key is held, in addition to adjusting the camera's focal point and distance, its orientation will also be adjusted to face toward the calculated surface normal of the selection, if any. Surface normal calculations follow the same mechanics as used for [link=manipulator]manipulator[/link] local mode. If the selection normal adds up to zero or otherwise cannot be calculated, orientation will be unchanged. If the mesh is in mirror mode, there is some ambiguity about what counts as the center of the selection. By default, View Selected will consider all selections to be symmetrical on the X axis while in mirror mode, focusing on a point at X=0. If the Alt key is held, mirror mode will be ignored, and only the non-mirrored side of the geometry will be considered for bounds calculation.
