[align=center][color=!shortcuts][insert=menu_location:mesh.show_armature] [insert=menu_shortcut:mesh.show_armature] [/color][align=left] When active, the mesh's [link=armature]armature[/link], if any, will be displayed alongside the mesh. Bones in an armature are drawn as octahedral shapes, with the thin end indicating the direction the bone points. Bone endpoints are spherical shapes at either end of the bone. Bones that are not directly connected to their parent will be indicated with a thin line between the parent bone's endpoint 1 and the child bone's endpoint 0. Armatures are not occluded by mesh geometry, so drawn bones will be remain visible at all times. The opacity of the armature can be adjusted with the Alpha slider in the [link=properties_armature]Armature[/link] section of the properties panel on the mesh editor screen, or the [link=properties_armature_display]Armature Display[/link] section of the properties panel on the pose editor screen.
