[insert=menu_location:mesh.insert_sphere] [insert=menu_shortcut:mesh.insert_quick_menu], S Creates a new sphere in the mesh, allowing it to be sized and placed as desired. By default, the sphere has a radius of 1, a subdivision count of 4, and is centered at the origin of the coordinate space. The geometry of the sphere is equivalent to a cube with the specified number of subdivisions applied, where every vertex's position has been normalized to a uniform length relative to the sphere's center. The number of subdivisions can be adjusted with the \[ and \] keys or the mouse scroll wheel. Subdivisions have a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 32. Mouse movement, arrow keys, and number input will adjust the sphere's position, radius, or diameter, depending on adjustment mode. The R key switches to radius adjustment mode; the D key switches to diameter adjustment mode; and the G key switches back to position adjustment mode. All other controls are the same as the [link=operation_translate]Translate[/link] operation.
